The north facing front balcony is perfect for those cooler days and comes complete with bbq. Downstairs you will find another living area with another tv plus the 3rd bedroom with queen bed plus ensuite, seperate toilet and laundry. Our double lockup garage can double as a games room with a Table Tennis Table.
