Located in peaceful Ventnor this great family home has heaps of room and family orientated features as well as free Wifi.

The main lounge has a great wood heater and there is plenty of firewood supplied. Featuring polished timber floorboards there are comfortable sofas, tv and dvd and split system heating and cooling and lots and lots of books, games etc provided for use. There is a large dining area with seating for 12 located between the lounge and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped it has electric cooking a microwave and a dishwasher with ample dining settings, glasses etc.

There is a second living area that has another tv and dvd with seating for another 7. There is a soccer table as well as multiple indoor and outdoor games. This second living area has panel electric heating.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Including a newly renovated bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a small single bed which is only suitable for children. The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is an extra fridge in the laundry. There are portable electric heaters and a ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The back yard is a good size and fully fenced with an undercover bbq shelter with an outdoor setting. A great addition is the outdoor shower.
This is a great family holiday home with lots of games etc there for you to enjoy. The perfect location for your next family holiday or weekend getaway.
