This three bedroom holiday home is only a short stroll to Cowes township, restaurants, shops and beach. . The main living is upstairs it is open plan living kitchen and dining with doors leading out to a great deck. The lounge has comfortable sofas TV and DVD player there is gas heating and ceiling fans.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave. The three bedrooms are all upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom. The deck has an outdoor setting a perfect spot for Summer BBQ's. The laundry has a washing machine iron and ironing board.

Downstairs is a second living area / games room with TV and table tennis table. This is a lovely family home sunny and clean with a fully fenced back garden and plenty of room in the driveway to park a boat. The gas BBQ is located in the BBQ shed in the back yard.
