Upstairs you will find the main living area that has a flat screen tv a dvd player, split system heating and cooling and polished timber boards the main room is open and sunny with full length windows and access to the great elevated deck. The kitchen is fully self-contained with electric cooking and a microwave, there are salad bowls and platters for Summer bbqs on the deck. There is dining table and a bench seat at the breakfast bar.
There are two bedrooms upstairs the main with a Queen Bed and scattered views of the water and the second with a set of bunks and a single bed, a central bathroom with shower & toilet

Downstairs is the second living room, just sit back and relax whilst watching the large 50flat screen tv & dvd. You will also find another large bedroom a central bathroom with shower and a laundry with washing machine & Dryer. Portable heaters in all bedrooms.

Sit on the beautiful deck area off the upstairs living to relax and enjoy the evening bbq while watching the sun set over the water.
