This great townhouse is located only a very short stroll to Cowes main street with all its cafes shops and restaurants but nestled in a court is is a nice quiet location.

The main living is downstairs with a spacious lounge room that is carpeted and has all new furnishings including  leather sofas, TV and DVD player, there is a split system heating and cooling unit in the Centre of the room, leading to the kitchen there is a central dining table with seating for 4.  The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher and a large fridge. Off the kitchen there are sliding doors leading out to the fully fenced backyard, there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting perfect for Summer BBQ's.

The two bedrooms and the family bathroom are upstairs the main bedroom having an electric wall heater and a small balcony. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a powder room downstairs with a toilet and basin.

There is a well equipped laundry that has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.  The garage is not available but there are 2 car spots one in the driveway and the area outside the lounge room window is paved below the grass.  This is a lovely family friendly home where you can also bring the family pet.
