This is a great family holiday home located in a quiet street in Ventnor close to beach, Ventnor has has its own licensed store close by.

The main living is on the top level with ample seating, flat screen TV and DVD player, numerous DVDs for your enjoyment, split system, high ceilings, there is a central dining table and the kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking a microwave and single drawer dishwasher. A great feature of this property is the large covered North facing deck, accessed by sliding doors from the lounge the deck has gas BBQ and outdoor setting, There are views to the water from the deck.

The main bedroom is on the upper level with a king size bed, ceiling fan and bathroom facilities   including a separate toilet.    Internal stairs lead down to the lower level there is a second living area with flat screen TV and DVD and sofas a perfect second sitting area.

The other 4 bedrooms are downstairs and the family bathroom is combined with the laundry, there is a washing machine, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Set on a large block the property is fully fenced and with plenty of off street parking a double carport there is a large grassy area a trampoline and basket ball hoop.  There is also a shed with bikes and beach items for use, all this and close enough to walk to the beach, this is a large and spacious holiday home suitable for 2 families and the family pet can come too, dogs welcome outside only.

Please note: This property has a minimum 5 night stay all year round, apart from the Moto GP, Superbikes and the V8 Supercars.
