The main living area is upstairs offering beautiful, filtered panoramic water views. Renovated in 2019, the open plan design flows out onto the decks that surround the upstairs area giving a bright and sunny outlook. The lounge area is spacious and sunny. There is a large wall mounted flat screen internet enabled TV with Blu Ray DVD player and free WIFI. Heating is provided by a gas log fire plus a split system heating and cooling unit. Huge comfortable sofas, cushions, throws, games, books and huge cathedral ceilings create a luxurious lounge area.

A great feature of this property is the extra large dining table that runs almost the full length of the room, comfortably seating 10 people. The fully renovated, fully equipped kitchen features electric cooking, dishwasher and all the  conveniences that you would need to make your holiday a relaxing one with plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for summer BBQs.

The main bedroom is on this top level with a queen bed, ceiling fan, ensuite and separate toilet. There is access to this toilet and bathroom from the living area, and the main bedroom has views to the water.

Downstairs there is a second living area that also has a flat screen internet enabled TV with Blu Ray player. The other 3 bedrooms are on this bottom level with each bedroom having an electric oil heater and fan. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has 4 single beds for family bookings.

There is a main bathroom downstairs with a bath and separate shower, separate toilet and laundry, with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a hairdryer provided in each bathroom. Spare pillows and blankets are also provided.

The backyard is partially fenced with a lovely grassy area where there is a gas BBQ, outdoor setting available, and comfortable, relaxing garden seating. There is ample off street parking with plenty of room for watercraft.

The safety features in this property include smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, carbon monoxide alarm and exterior motion lights.

This property is not available for parties, schoolies or pets.
