Description

Situated just 900 meters from the picturesque Red Rocks Beach and a brief drive away from both Ventnor and Cowes towns, this immaculately presented, contemporary two-story home boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is an ideal choice for your upcoming family vacation.

All three bedrooms are conveniently situated on the lower level. The master bedroom, gracefully placed at the front of the house, offers expansive vistas through its large windows. This area also boasts a television and a comfortable chair, creating an ideal space to unwind with a book or catch up on your favorite TV shows. An ensuite with a shower and toilet adjoins this zone. The second and third bedrooms feature tri-bunk beds.

The beautifully presented main bathroom is located downstairs and is perfect for the family, with a separate bath and shower.

The open plain kitchen/dining area is located upstairs, and features an electric oven and cooktop and other stainless steel appliances. There is also an island bench with a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 8 people and looks out over the deck and features fabulous views.

Located off this area is a living area, with a flat screen tv, with Foxtel and a dvd player and seating for 7. There is also bean bags for the kids to sit back and watch movies. The property now also has free Wifi however it is not unlimited and we can not be held responsible if it runs out for your stay!

The semi enclosed upstairs deck that is located off the dining area and is perfect to sit back and enjoy the gorgeous sunset on the outdoor lounge. The home is heated and cooled by split systems in the lounge and every bedroom.

There is also a double lockable carport available for use and the property is fully fenced and secure.
