Description

One of only a small number of 3 bedroom apartments in the complex makes it ideal for both families, friends or as a quiet romantic retreat.

The main bedroom consists of a queen bed with ensuite and a TV for an extra space to retreat to, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third has a single bed and a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top)making it perfect for the kids.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze and there is plenty of seating at the dining table for everyone. Enjoy a movie on the comfy lounge or relax outside with a book.

Split system heating and cooling makes the apartment comfortable all year round and your own washing machine is provided for your convenience.

The communal BBQ with table is provided for all guests within the complex and in located just outside the front entrance of the apartment and there are additional bbq's across the road in the park off the beach.

There is plenty of parking within the complex and one designated parking space infront of the apartment.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
