Drift away from it all, escape the everyday and immerse yourself in nature ...it’s a short stroll to the beach for a swim or wander aimlessly along the sand or accessible track to Cowes township. For some pure beauty, walk in the other direction and you will find yourself at the stunning Rhyll inlet, a protected natural conservation area, home to a multitude of native bird species.

The bright and airy north facing house has timber flooring throughout for easy summer living. New Daikin split system air-conditioning/heating in the open plan kitchen/living room as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms will ensure comfort all year round. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and ample cookware. Enjoy comfy beds, a library of books and a host of fun games to enjoy during your stay. The property has one bathroom and a separate toilet. The newly renovated laundry can also double as a second washbasin area. The house can sleep up to eight people, with parking for two cars.

There are 3 separate bedrooms with the following configuration:
Bedroom 1 has 1 x Queen size bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single bunk beds, (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 has 1 x Queen size bed (sleeps 2)

Things to know:
No pets allowed.
Pillows and doonas with quality covers supplied. Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. If required, linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and MotoGP only.
7-night minimum booking for superbikes, MotoGP and all school holiday periods.

*When booking through Obrien Real Estate you will be required to complete an online check in process closer to your arrival date and will need to supply a photo of your drivers license and credit card, please Do not book if you do not wish to do this!
