Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome (by application, conditions apply!).

We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

The house is fitted with floorboards throughout, perfect for those with allergies.

The kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, electric oven/grill/cooktop, island bench with breakfast bar for 2, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of cutlery and crockery and additional kitchen items for home cooking.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a euro laundry with access to a washer/dryer combo.

The first 2 bedrooms include a queen bed, bedroom robes, and ceiling fans. The larger 3rd bedroom sleeps up to 4 in a bunk bed and Ikea day bed which can easily be transformed into either side-by-side single beds or a queen bed. Plenty of storage is also available in a chest of draws and additional draws under the day bed.

Bathroom 1 has a spacious shower, a toilet, and a vanity. Bathroom 2 adds a touch of style with a large freestanding bath, a toilet, and a small vanity.

The living areas include an 8 seater dining table with convenient door access to the meals area on the front veranda, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. The adjoining lounge includes 2 comfortable leather couches, a large flat screen smart TV (with Netflix), a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs and board games. A wood heater is also well located in the lounge area, and firewood can be purchased from the local service stations and hardware store. A reverse cycle air conditioner/heater and ceiling fan help ensure the living areas remain comfortable all year round.

Additional outdoor living spaces include a large front veranda with separate meals and seating areas. An egg chair and comfortable cane chairs and table promise a relaxing time amongst the front garden. A rear alfresco is equipped with an 8 seater dining table and chairs, including a barbeque. The alfresco overlooks the large open backyard for easy viewing of your children or pets at play.

Opposite the alfresco is a large lockable double garage, fitted with a quality table tennis table (and accessories). This can be easily moved or folded down to allow more space to house a vehicle or other equipment such as fishing gear, kayaks, surfboards, canoes, etc.

The yard can be fully enclosed via front gates and a half-height picket fence so children or pets can wander the property safely.
