The entrance opens to a roomy downstairs rumpus room complete with pool table, comfy couch, tv and dvd player as well as a dart board and video game. The rumpus room also includes an air conditioner. Having free wifi as a bonus, why would you stay anywhere else!

The internal split level staircase leads to 5 bedrooms, four of which have king size beds with the fifth bedroom having 2 sets of bunks, the property will accommodate 3 families very comfortably. Two of the bedrooms also include air conditioners, and the other bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The property has two bathrooms with one including a washing machine for convenience.

Upstairs is the modern and bright open plan living area with raked ceilings that gives you that spacious feel and the beautiful wood fire heater is there to keep you warm on those cooler days and nights, and an air conditioner to keep you cool during summer. The well-equipped kitchen has all you will need to make meals for the entire family or more.

Relax on the large alfresco deck while enjoying a summer bbq and those beautiful water views.

With a big secure back yard theres even plenty of space to keep the boat and you can even bring the furbaby, which must remain outside (by application, conditions apply!).
